LARC to Host Tablescapes Auction Fundraiser

TORRINGTON — LARC, the Arc of Litchfield County, has slated its annual spring fundraiser, It's All Set, made of special-themed tablescapes from now through Thursday, June 22.

This year, the month-long fundraiser culminates at an in-person event from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, June 22 at LARC's Autism Resource Center and Time Away sensory garden located behind the agency's 314 Main St. office building in Torrington.

"We are so excited with the community response this fundraiser generates and grateful for the support from so many donors," said Mary Ellen Kunz, director of Development and Marketing at LARC. "This year's selection of tablescapes is really robust and the donors have been very generous."

Those wishing to take part may visit LARC's website at www.litchfieldarc.org/its-all-set-2023.html and peruse the tablescape packages filled with just about everything needed to put together an entertaining table or picnic setting.

One entry, Bourbon & Bunnies, valued at $560, includes, high ball glasses, a 6-place silverware setting, a vintage table runner, mini charcuterie boards, a variety of gift cards to Litchfield Distillery, Moscarillo's, and Market 32, plus more.

Another includes everything needed for a picnic including a foldable wooden tray, insulated wine bottle carrier, and a $100 Bottle Shop gift card in addition to many other items for a total value of $212.

Photos and comprehensive lists of items in each tablescape can be found at www.litchfieldarc.org/its-all-set-2023.html.

Raffle ticket sales will be sold until 6:45 p.m. that evening and winners announced shortly after. The fee for tickets for the in-person event include a chance to win a door prize, select wines, and hors d’oeuvres.

Raffle tickets for the tablescapes and the live event tickets are now available at www.litchfieldarc.org/its-all-set-2023.html.

The fundraiser is made possible thanks to the many Litchfield County organizations, businesses, and residents who donated a wide array of table settings.
